ABOUT

Our passion for the community started 6 years ago, when my father Rosendo Ramirez started the Homeboys RC division. The club was established to help us all heal from the loss of our brother Jose Ramirez. Homeboys RC had some obstacles at first, but through hard work and dedication they overcame those obstacles, and got to work right away in the community. They worked with families in need of emotional support, financial support and a place for resources. As families and friends shared their stories and challenges there was a common theme; The youth. At this point Celia Ramirez and John Barnosky knew it would take them to lead the youth which lead to the creation of Homeboys Haven. 

 

Homeboys Haven  will gear their focus on the youth in Northwest Ohio. The Haven will be a place that will empower the youth through mentorship, workforce development, musical self-expression, and health.
